Financial Operations Lead

We are looking for a skilled Financial Operations Lead to manage our financial processes, including invoice submission, dunning letters, suspension and cancellation, AR report updates, and 3rd party debt collection agency management. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and accurate processing of these tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the central invoice submission process, preparing documents based on customer requirements, updating the tracker, following up with the collection team, and performing root-cause analysis for non-submitted invoices.
  • Manage the dunning letters/statement of accounts process, sending dunning letters manually when needed, reporting on non-automatically sent dunning letters, and ensuring all required data is available for smooth receivables automation.
  • Oversee the suspension and cancellation process, suspending and cancelling customer units based on company policy, updating the suspension and cancellation list monthly.
  • Update the AR report daily, adding new invoices, distributing them among team members, and ensuring correct portfolio balances.
  • Coordinate the 3rd party debt collection agency process, preparing semi-monthly reporting, tracking changes, collections, and notable updates.
  • Support major customers in SOA reconciliation with KSA collection members, forecasting, setting, and tracking monthly collection targets, evaluating actual vs forecasted results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent team player and communicator.
  • Able to pursue required data by other departments with punctuality and confidence.
  • Proven credit and collection analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proven record of collection targets forecasting and collectors' evaluation KPIs.
  • Proven record of using collection/receivables system.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Arabic (native) - English (very good).
  • Able to connect with internal and external customers and maintain ongoing relationships for timely collection of dues.
