Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success, including on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Design and Construction Management: Lead and manage the design and construction process from inception to implementation for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, culverts, underground utilities, and district cooling.

Requirements
  • Education: A 4-year Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is necessary.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of project management and design experience, specifically in managing the design and implementation of roads and transportation engineering projects.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of design principles, techniques, and best practices related to roads and transportation engineering, proficiency in using engineering design software and related tools, and proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
