  • Reporting: Provide input to the preparation of monthly reports and design stage reviews.
  • Quality Assurance: Promote design excellence through the application of Quality Assurance processes.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, including significant milestones and any conditions affecting the project brief, cost, or schedule.
Requirements
  • Education: Engineering degree, typically with 15+ years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong BIM, PC, and CAD skills, as well as knowledge of computer software capabilities and efficiencies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to perform in a supervisory capacity.
Desired Skills
  • Managerial Experience: Demonstrated effective managerial capability on construction projects of comparable scope and complexity.
  • Communication and Presentation: Effective oral and written skills for client presentations, technical reporting, and internal/external correspondence.
  • Budgeting and Cost Accounting: Understanding of budget development and cost accounting.
  • Collaboration: Ability to function in a multi-organizational environment, developing relationships that comply with our proactive, collaborative culture.
