Through specialized delivery implementation, systematic middle-office support, and standardized service product capabilities, we leverage the power of cloud and data intelligence.
We collaborate with ecosystem partners to assist customers in achieving their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop IT architecture and business processes for large enterprises, including digitalization, cloud adoption, containerization, business continuity planning, disaster recovery, exception handling mechanisms, and problem contingency plans based on Alibaba cloud product and technical system.
- Serve as technical lead and architect for big projects including data mid-end, smart cities, integration projects, etc., providing consulting, architecture, and implementation, risk and quality management, operation optimization, and ensuring project success and value delivery.
- Regularly communicate with customer teams and executives to develop strategic technical roadmaps and plans that help customers achieve their business objectives.
- Based on the evolution of products and solutions, carry out forward-looking service solution designs, achieving low-cost, high-quality delivery and maintenance of public clouds, hybrid clouds, private clouds, etc.
- Manage and handle whole implementation, development, and solution design, lead/cooperate with internal/vendor/partners development/implementation team & review end-to-end solutions.
