Job Description

We are seeking a Facility Services Leader to join our team at National Housing Company (NHC).

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and operations of our Facilities function, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, administration, or related functions, with experience in managing large-scale facility services for a comparable organization.

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices, as well as the ability to develop and maintain partnerships with hotels, negotiate and secure corporate rates for guest accommodations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the provision of facility management services, ensuring the efficient procurement and management of office supplies, furniture, and essential services, and maintaining records of all facility service contracts.

In addition, this role involves collaborating with Procurement to establish and amend long-term contracts with third-party service providers for facility-related services, and supporting the development of long-term agreements with travel and accommodation providers to optimize cost and efficiency.
