Key Accountabilities:

  1. Analyze and manage accounting and revenue allocation between various transport modes to optimize business performance.
  2. Collaborate with AVL and AFC System Administrators, Contract Administration, and Finance team to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Evaluate data consistency and completeness to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement effective rules, regulations, and procedures to enhance business efficiency.
  5. Create detailed reports on AFC and AFC operation performance to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Maintain accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly settlement processes.

Required Skills:

  1. Minimum 10 years' experience in transportation sector with focus on bus operations.
  2. Proven track record of working in regional and international environments, particularly in the Middle East.
  3. Strong knowledge of international best practices and norms, as well as experience working in multicultural teams.
  4. Exceptional personal administration skills, including minute-taking, presentation delivery, and meeting deadlines.
  5. Fluency in English language.
  6. Proficiency in computer software and technology.
