About the Role

Mace Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Manager to lead our design team on a major mixed-use development project in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive design management strategy to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  • Lead a team of design professionals to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet the client's requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate design risks, ensuring the project is delivered safely, sustainably, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement a knowledge management plan to ensure the team's skills and expertise are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in design management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of design management principles, practices, and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
