We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Lead Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our maintenance and asset management processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including risk-based maintenance and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including spare parts assessments and critical spares/consumables.
  • Develop and implement maintenance planning and scheduling processes to ensure optimal equipment availability.
  • Conduct plant criticality and reliability assessments to identify areas for improvement.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including backlog management and spare parts assessments.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance and asset management, preferably in a SAP environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
