Job Title: Head of HR - Government Relations

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of HR with a strong focus on government relations to join our team in KSA. This role is critical for ensuring that all HR-related activities align with local labor laws and regulatory requirements while fostering strong relationships with key governmental bodies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations and KSA labor law compliance, as well as the ability to navigate governmental processes, ensuring that all employee-related legal matters, visas, and Saudization requirements are handled efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations for the KSA office, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, in alignment with company policies and local regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws, including Saudization, employee contracts, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees in KSA, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure all new hires and exiting employees meet both internal standards and governmental requirements.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on HR operations and government relations within the KSA market.
  • Strong network and established relationships with key governmental bodies in KSA (e.g., Ministry of Labor, GOSI, Ministry of Interior).
  • Experience managing visa processes, Iqama transfers, and working with government portals.
