As a Training Expert, you will be responsible for conceiving, designing, developing, and delivering training programs for our employees. Your tasks will include designing the overall training roadmap, conducting and analyzing Training Need Assessment exercises, creating training modules, and conducting regular training programs.

You will also be responsible for recording online training modules, conducting quizzes and tests, and reporting training performance to the Head of Training and Commercial Heads. Additionally, you will oversee the new hire training of commercial and support staff and spearhead the onboarding program of top-tier positions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor of Business, OD, or other relevant discipline, with 5 years or more of proven work experience within the Training Department. You will also need to have previous experience in a similar sales training role, understanding of LMS, ATS, and CRM, and experience with CRM platforms.
