Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and expand the merchant base.
  • Manage sales cycles from prospecting to closing, meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including merchant partners and internal teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of sales experience in fast-paced industries, preferably hospitality, Retail, FMCG.
  2. A good track record of past employment.
  3. Familiarity with the territory's business environment and trends.
  4. Own transport for frequent meetings.
  5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  6. Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are beneficial.
  7. Pre-existing merchant relationships is advantageous.
