KONE Corporation is dedicated to creating a better world of work, fostering a great culture, and inspiring high standards. We are seeking an energetic Business Development Coordinator to join our Service Business in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

This role involves ensuring the proactivity and efficiency of Service Business Sales. Key responsibilities include supporting salespeople in the pre-sales phase by handling leads, sales planning, and sales funnel actions:

  1. Contact customer-initiated leads within 24 hours via webpage forms, digital marketing campaigns, chat, or other online channels.
  2. Qualify leads before assigning them to sales personnel.
  3. Support sales teams in value discovery meetings by preparing presentations and materials.
  4. Maintain accurate sales funnel, customer, and opportunity data in CRM.
  5. Assist sales staff with back-office tasks (tenders, orders, equipment) and customer inquiries.
  6. Organize customer visits, tasks, and events as needed.
  7. Provide selected reports or sales summaries to Sales Managers upon request.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree, preferably from a business-related field.
  2. 2-4 years' experience in admin positions, ideally within sales organizations.
  3. Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  4. Strong user of Microsoft Office.
  5. Excellent English and Arabic language proficiency.
  6. Crm experience is desirable.
  7. This position is open to Saudi nationals only.
