Job Title: Procurement Division Head

Linked4HR Human Resources Consultancies LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Division Head to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Procurement Division Head will be responsible for coordinating all sourcing, procurement, and logistics activities on a portfolio of projects. This role requires a strong understanding of legal and contractual aspects of EPC contracts, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and supervisory skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for quality, costs, and on-time delivery of materials and services for the project.
  • Ownership of the Procurement Plan for materials and subcontracts scope.
  • Develop and maintain Project Procurement Plans and Schedules for all projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of documents required from suppliers.
  • Coordinate with Engineering on their deliverables towards project for drawings, purchase requisitions, MTOs, etc.
  • Follow up with procurement for timely release of POs in line with ROS dates on the procurement plan.
  • Regularly review the fulfillment by suppliers of all contractual requirements regarding customs and duties with the support of the concerned function.
  • Oversee claim management with suppliers in coordination with Cost Control and procurement.
  • Control Project Procurement Budget.
  • Responsible for reporting monthly progress, supplier claims, and project cost summary to procurement management and into the project.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 9-15 years of experience in buying/procurement or relevant experience in a similar role preferably in Marine/Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Vast experience in sourcing and leadership roles related to project procurement.
  • Experience as Project Manager/Tender Project Manager or Supply Chain/Purchasing Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college or equivalent.
  • Preferably master's degree in business.
  • Professional supply chain certification such as MCIPS or CPSM.
  • Preferably have project management qualification such as PMP.
