Perfume Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Perfume Consultant to join our team at Chalhoub Group. As a Perfume Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales by providing expert advice on perfumes and fragrances.

• Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy through all interactions with customers and team members.
• Generate sales by promoting fragrances and ensuring all sales and operational policies are followed.
• Maintain a solid and accurate customer database to build strong relationships with customers and create future selling opportunities.
• Promote the Group's loyalty program and increase enrollment rate and new customer acquisition.
• Participate in brand events and push fragrance sales during events, promotions, and launches.
• Stay ahead of the latest trends, products, and competitors.

• Minimum 1 year experience in the luxury beauty and perfume industry.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to provide expert advice on perfumes and fragrances.
