We're seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge AI initiatives that redefine restaurant operations. This role requires turning ambitious AI projects into actionable plans.

As the AI Product Manager, you will lead a dynamic roadmap of projects leveraging AI to elevate customer experiences, streamline processes, and inform decision-making for restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive AI product roadmap encompassing innovative features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features that meet user expectations and drive business outcomes.
  • Leverage customer feedback, market trends, and research to refine and improve product features.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering customer-facing products powered by AI/ML technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven product development and hypothesis testing methodologies.
  • Expertise in designing and launching product roadmaps from conception to scale.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration.
  • A bias for action and hands-on approach to solving complex challenges.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, finance, and legal departments.
