Our team is looking for an experienced Video Content Delivery Expert to join our ranks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing optimized video content delivery solutions using Amazon Web Services. This role requires strong technical expertise in cloud-based media architectures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with customers to understand their video content delivery requirements and provide expert guidance on AWS services such as CloudFront, Elemental MediaConvert, and others.
- Design and implement scalable and secure media delivery architectures that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to media delivery performance, security, and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud-based media technologies and advise customers on best practices for implementation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or technical operations support, with some customer-facing responsibilities.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud-based media architectures, including AWS services such as CloudFront, Elemental MediaConvert, and others.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
