Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team at Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of the company, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Security Operations Management: Develop and implement effective security strategies and plans to protect the company's assets and employees.
- Incident Response: Direct and conduct investigations of security-related incidents, including thefts, vandalism, and other sensitive matters.
- Contract Management: Review and recommend contract guard requirements, and oversee the selection and management of security contractors.
- Team Management: Supervise and train security personnel, including assigning work activities, monitoring workflow, and reviewing results.
- Facility Security: Coordinate and direct security activities at all company facilities to ensure the protection of physical assets and employee well-being.
- Security Policies and Procedures: Develop and establish security policies, procedures, guidelines, and directives to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Training and Development: Oversee the required training for all security personnel to ensure a high degree of employee proficiency.
- Contracting and Tendering: Manage and coordinate all security-related tendering and contracting activities, including evaluating technical tenders and ensuring compliance with contract conditions.
- Government and Industry Liaison: Maintain close liaison with government, industry, security, and law enforcement agencies to ensure an integrated response to any threat and related business continuity.
- Security Program Development: Coordinate the development and implementation of adequate security programs, consult with experts, and revise programs as dictated by new environments or changing conditions.
- Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluate performance, taking corrective action as necessary, and direct measures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Security Weapon Program: Supervise the security weapon program and arming security personnel, and coordinate with related government agencies.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Security or engineering related to SATORP activities or equivalent.
- Experience: Twelve (12) years of experience in Petroleum or petrochemical industry security, of which at least Five (5) years in a managerial position.
