About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and guests.

Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems, internet access, hardware, and peripheral equipment. You will also maintain computer networks, support server system(s), and supporting software. Additionally, you will provide network communications support and maintain and upgrade hardware, software, and website technical architecture related to hardware and telecommunication connectivity.

Other key responsibilities will include performing system backups, providing end-user support, managing user accounts, installing, configuring, and modifying workstations, and educating users regarding procedures for securing Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
