Job Overview
Amazon is seeking a skilled Relationship Building Specialist to join our RBS VSP Team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and improve vendor experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and performance drivers, and analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in relationship management and negotiation to drive business growth and improve vendor experience. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of vendors and internal stakeholders, and contribute to the development of processes and initiatives that drive efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Development
    • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and improve vendor experience
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and performance drivers
    • Analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  2. Vendor Relationship Management
    • Build and cultivate relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
    • Monitor vendor satisfaction survey results and establish improvement plans
    • Provide guidance and support to vendors to ensure successful partnerships
  3. Process Improvement
    • Identify areas of unnecessary process or inefficiencies and work to simplify
    • Develop and implement processes to drive efficiency and scalability
    • Work across multiple organizations to create accountability and drive improvements
QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
- Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders driving resolutions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication
