As an IT Client Relationship Specialist at HP, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the private sector.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and sales goals, collaborating with internal teams to create proposals and presentations for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and requests.

  • You will analyze account performance, sales metrics, and market trends to inform decision-making, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize sales and profitability.

  • You will collaborate with the sales team to create account plans outlining strategies for account growth and retention, staying up-to-date with industry developments and incorporating relevant insights into account management strategies.

  • You will communicate client feedback and market insights to relevant teams for product/service enhancement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with previous experience in IT or Personal Systems. You will also need excellent written and oral communication skills, adaptability to work in a dynamic environment, and fluency in English.
