Job Summary:

Saudi Arabia's leading National Air Carrier, Saudia Airlines, has job opportunities for highly skilled and dedicated individuals to work as Flight Attendants, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers aboard Saudia flights. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and perform effectively with the cabin crew team, contributing to the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Note: As per Saudia Airlines' policy and procedures, Flight Attendants will be obligated to work in a flying position only.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and service standards are consistently met throughout the cabin.
  • Deliver a high-quality onboard product, meeting customer expectations.
  • Take initiative to address challenging situations and resolve customer complaints.
  • Contribute to the cabin crew's delivery of the customer experience, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey for passengers.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum GPA: Good or equivalent.
  • English Language proficiency: Achieve the required level of English language proficiency.
  • Age: 20-30 years old (Gregorian Calendar).
  • Physical requirements: Minimum arm reach of 212 cm on tiptoes, and height and weight must meet Saudia Airlines' standard chart requirements.
  • Minimum Height: 155 CM.
  • Pass a screening assessment as per Saudia Airlines' standards.
  • Pleasant overall appearance.
  • Good personal hygiene.
  • Teeth must be in good condition.
  • Clear skin of face and hands is essential.
  • Visible tattoos and body piercings are not permitted.
  • Medically fit for this demanding role as per Saudia Airlines' medical verification.
Required English Level:
  • Minimum English requirements to be eligible for an interview: Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with a minimum score of 52.
  • The issuance date of the test must not exceed three years from the application date.
  • Other English tests will not be accepted.
  • The test is mandatory for all candidates, including those from outside the kingdom.
Required Attachments:
  • Personal CV/Resume.
  • Valid Saudi National ID for at least 6 months.
  • Official Education degree showing the overall average/GPA (minimum of High School) (If obtained outside the Kingdom, attach the accreditation letter from the Saudi Ministry of Education).
  • Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with the minimum score of 52 (The minimum requirement to be eligible for an interview).
  • Official Transcript.
