We are looking for a UX Insight Specialist to join our team and help us understand user needs and behaviors. As a UX Insight Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the development of user-friendly digital products.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct user research studies, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests.

Your Expertise:

You should have experience in User research with a maximum of 2 years of experience.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and survey tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret research findings.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Forms, Hotjar, UsabilityHub, or Lookback.io is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
