We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with 3-5 years experience. You should have a strong background in designing overall creative test assets including aesthetics, typography, color, brand, iconography, imagery, layout, and concept sophistication. This includes owning the brand's VBL – Visual Brand Language/Design Guidelines.
You will work across asset types (static, video, animation); review existing content and identify how to pivot into 'testable' assets. You should be comfortable challenging content strategist and brand team and asking the right questions to push work forward.
A strong conceptual, composition, photo art direction, and ideation skills are necessary – digitally native, understands what works in key digital platforms, yet able to think about the overall design and voice to break through anywhere. Detail-oriented individuals who can keep track of files and versions based on quick turn changes coming out of daily check-ins are preferred.
You should have a digital portfolio showcasing a variety of professional design projects. Hands-on experience with creative graphic production design software and image editing software (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects) is required. Basic knowledge of AI generative tools is a plus.
Critical thinking and ability to manage multiple creative projects are essential. A good understanding of digital design, responsive design, and current design trends is also necessary.
