Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with CRI Group's overall business objectives, focusing on driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to refine marketing approaches.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    Tailor content to address specific client segments' needs and pain points, particularly in background screening and third-party risk management.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Collaborate with local teams to ensure that all digital content, campaigns, and communications are culturally relevant and appropriate for the Saudi market.
  • Paid Advertising Management:
    Manage paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Campaign Localisation:
    Work with CRI Group's global and regional teams to localise global campaigns, ensuring they are adapted in tone, language, and target audience preferences for the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Cross-Channel Marketing:
    Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

SEO & Content Marketing

  • Search Engine Optimisation:
    Develop and execute an SEO strategy to enhance the online visibility of CRI Group's specialised services.
  • Content Creation:
    Create and manage content calendars, producing high-quality, targeted content such as blogs, white papers, and case studies.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Data Analysis:
    Monitor and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Reporting:
    Create performance reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
