We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe work practices and efficient operation of hotel facilities.
  • Assist in the preparation of consumption reports on power, water, steam, and gas.
  • Ensure that maintenance & repairs performed by contractors are executed in accordance with agreed health and safety policy, contracts, fees or charges.
  • Perform maintenance as necessary and respond to all requests for work, repairs and maintenance work.
  • Train and supervise the maintenance team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Participate in the hotel's energy conservation program and look for opportunities to reduce energy consumption.
  • Monitor teamwork and ensure deadlines are met and work is completed to an established standard.
Requirements
  • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with at least 1-2 years of hotel experience.
  • Good leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
