FAB is looking for a skilled Recruitment and Manpower Planning Manager to lead the development and implementation of manpower planning and recruitment strategies across the organization. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective manpower planning and recruitment strategies aligned with FAB's business objectives.
- Collaborate with line management to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of FAB's workforce.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR operations, with 3 years in a managerial function within a mid-sized company or bank managing Recruitment & Manpower Planning.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
