Team Leadership and Operations

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment, driving productivity and quality. You'll work closely with colleagues to address operational challenges, making every day different.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing among team members.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and productivity, meeting business objectives across all shifts.
  3. Lead and support the team, handling administrative tasks while fostering a strong team culture.
  4. Analyse performance data to suggest process improvements, optimising work and improving customer service.

Working Environment:
You'll work varied shifts at one of our operational sites, prioritising routine team management and daily operations. Your focus will be on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency.
