Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading the design delivery from concept through schematic design for various architectural Asset types, residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, healthcare, education, culture, etc. You will oversee the management of Neighborhood master planning, architectural, and engineering design consultants.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring creative and technical quality of design and implementation of the Vision for The LINE. You will collaborate with other Design Directors on interfaces across multiple neighborhoods and coordinate with Creative Design Director and Design Management Director to determine solutions for technical interfaces.

You will also manage communication, coordination, and management of consultants, contractors, and various NEOM departments/sectors. Deliverables will be produced in accordance with NEOM standards and policies.
