Procurement Excellence at HEIGHTS

At HEIGHTS, we believe that procurement excellence is crucial to driving business success. As a leading event management company, we have expanded our expertise into construction project management, offering rapid and sustainable infrastructure development solutions.

Our procurement director will lead the procurement strategy, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives across the organization and its sister companies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to align with business objectives and drive cost efficiency across all sister companies.
  2. Oversee supplier relationships, performance evaluations, and ongoing management to ensure high-quality service delivery and mitigate risks.
  3. Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, mitigate risks, and establish long-term beneficial partnerships with suppliers.
  4. Oversee and optimize the entire procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring smooth and efficient procurement operations.
  5. Manage centralized purchasing operations and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and sustainability standards within the organization.
  6. Leverage economies of scale, standardize procurement processes, and streamline vendor relationships to enhance cost efficiency across the organization.
  7. Strengthen the supply chain through strategic supplier management and process optimization, ensuring continuity and flexibility in operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, and strategic sourcing, ideally within a multi-company environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and supplier relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of procurement processes, including procure-to-pay systems and cost optimization strategies.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in driving efficiency and value in procurement operations.
  • Ability to analyze and manage procurement data and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to drive compliance and best practices across procurement operations.
