V2X, Inc. is seeking an experienced Aircraft Electrical Systems Manager to join our team. This role involves leading a team of avionics technicians and overseeing the maintenance of aircraft electrical systems.

About the Role

  • This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of technical professionals.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all aircraft electrical maintenance activities are planned, coordinated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness (OR) rates.
  • This includes establishing daily aircraft electrical maintenance operational goals, objectives, and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated OR rates.
  • You will also oversee the daily aircraft electrical maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Production Control (PC) Manager.
  • A high level of expertise in aviation electrical maintenance is required, as well as knowledge of relevant technical manuals, directives, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures, and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform OR rates.
  • Directing inquiries, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation electrical maintenance of the aircraft and supporting maintenance activities.
  • Coordinating activities and requirements for maintenance operations support with the PC Manager.
  • Supporting the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years' experience as an AH-64E, UH-60M, OH-58D aircraft electrician.
  • A valid FAA A&P certificate.
  • An associate degree or equivalent training and experience in a related field is preferred.
