We're looking for someone who can thrive in a major Program Management Office environment and contribute to the success of our projects.

About the Role:

  • As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for checking and reporting on designer, contractor, and associated parties' compliance with contracts and progress of works.
  • You will work closely with the site team to ensure contractual and practical measures are implemented to meet requirements.
  • You will assess contractual implications of site decisions and optimize contract conditions.
  • You will maintain relationships with Design, Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and Legal Management teams to facilitate organizational interfaces.
  • You will supervise site measurement teams and manage monthly valuations.
  • You will agree valuations and methods of reimbursement with clients and Parsons representatives.
  • You will set up and manage site valuation procedures.
  • You will coordinate agreement on valuations with contractors.
  • You will manage directives and variations, review client requirements, and assess implications for negotiations.
  • You will coordinate and report on the contractual implications of other parties engaged with the works.
  • You will manage final accounts, including preparation, submission, and agreement with clients and consultants.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Sufficient experience involving infrastructure works or related fields.
  • Technical knowledge of construction methodology.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Technology, Civil Infrastructure Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Strong ability to interpret contractual terms and understand legal implications of construction projects.
  • Analytical thinking and sound judgement when applying logic and impartiality in contractual communication correspondences.
  • Good proficiency in English language and writing skills.
