About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Director of Front Office. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, guest services, and concierge departments, ensuring exceptional guest service and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage front office staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office operations, including guest feedback and industry trends.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experience.
  5. Monitor and maintain front office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are always up-to-date and functioning properly.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  2. Proven experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
