Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Director of Sales to lead our sales teams in achieving sales goals and objectives. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to perform beyond expectations, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Reservations and Banqueting, to create a seamless guest experience and drive sales growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Director of Sales role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand key business indicators and competitive trends.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and local market, with a passion for sales and target-based performance.
  • Relevant degree in sales, business development, or other relevant business field, from an academic institution.
