**Sales executive horeca supply chain**

The Catering Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and increasing sales for Rahal Company's catering services. The Catering Sales Representative will work closely with the Director of Catering and other staff members to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives that align with the Company's goals and target market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase catering revenue
- and meet sales targets
- Identify and target potential clients through research and outreach efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with the Director of Catering and other staff members to develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote catering services
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability
- Coordinate with kitchen and event staff to ensure timely delivery and execution of catering services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in catering sales or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the catering industry and trends
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to travel to client meetings and events as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time at events
