Job Description:

At PrecisionHire Solutions, we are seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team of creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver High-Quality Visual Graphics: Produce innovative and illustrative built form graphics that meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Stay Ahead of Emerging Technologies: Demonstrate proficiency with emerging technologies in new media, ensuring our visual communications stay ahead of the curve.
  • Create Compelling Visuals: Develop cohesive designs that reflect the creative requirements of urban design/master planning strategies or briefs, using Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Effective Communication: Present design ideas to project team members and clients, utilizing strong communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a detail-oriented approach with illustrative material and all graphic packages, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Design and Production: Design and produce presentation display boards, brochures, reports, and marketing materials that meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Collaboration and Consistency: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets, maintaining a cohesive brand image.
  • Industry Awareness: Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends, ensuring our visual communications stay relevant and effective.
  • Illustrative Overlays and Renders: Develop illustrative overlays and renders that enhance the visual impact of our projects.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience working as a graphic designer, or a secondary degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience working as a graphic designer.
  • Software Skills: Master of Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard graphic design software.
  • Desirable Skills: 3D visualization for projects and 3D fly/drive/walk-through animation for projects is an advantage.
  • Language Skills: The ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English is required.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating creative design and software skills is essential.
