Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and execute the full bidding lifecycle for the MENA region, from registration to proposal submission and follow-ups.
  2. Oversee sales pipeline activities, including tracking leads, updating proposals, and ensuring the accuracy of data within Salesforce.
  3. Maintain and update a comprehensive CRM database with precise and reliable information on clients, prospects, and opportunities.
  4. Organize and manage structured proposal folders, ensuring efficiency and accessibility across the region.
  5. Oversee legal documentation, including contracts, NDAs, and agreements, and provide regular updates on their status.
  6. Generate actionable reports to measure and track the progress of business development initiatives.
  7. Assist in creating high-quality proposals, sales pitches, and marketing collateral tailored to client needs.
  8. Coordinate client events and meetings, handling logistics such as venue bookings, invitations, and approvals.
  9. Provide essential administrative support to the BD team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
