Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host and Event Representative to join our team at Rawaj HCM Jobs. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing events, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome customers, assist with ordering, and provide high-quality service through effective communication with customers and staff.
  • Event Management: Organize and manage internal and external event activities, including birthday parties at the restaurant and customer locations.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain restaurant cleanliness according to standards and ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers.
  • Communication and Feedback: Respond to customer inquiries, listen to and report customer feedback, requests, and complaints to the relevant departments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff to ensure smooth event execution and provide special attention to guests who require it.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma; higher education preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in event coordination or entertainment activities is preferred.
  • Skills: Enthusiastic and energetic, with the ability to maintain high energy levels during events with children. Warm, child-friendly personality, able to engage and encourage children's participation in activities. Creativity and imagination to develop engaging, age-appropriate games and activities. Strong communication skills to positively interact with customers, parents, and guests.
  • Personal Qualities: Patience and adaptability to handle various situations, manage conflicts, and adjust activities as needed. Reliable, responsible, and punctual, ensuring smooth event execution. Safety awareness to supervise children and ensure their well-being during events.
