We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Executive to join our team at The Jeddah EDITION. As a senior member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and production of all pastries and desserts, as well as developing and implementing new menu ideas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the preparation and production of all pastries and desserts
• Developing and implementing new menu ideas
• Managing restaurant kitchen employees
• Ensuring compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in pastry arts, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position. You will also need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
