We are looking for a Marketing and Events Associate to join our team and help drive registration and engagement for IDC's conferences and events across the Middle East. As a Marketing and Events Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our events and developing strategies to optimize outreach and improve the overall event experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze attendance trends to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on lead-generation opportunities across various channels.
  • Liaise with attendees of events such as C-level executives, government representatives or other.
  • Do follow-up and reminder calls to registrants, answer inquiries, and provide event information in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Build lasting relationships with attendees and prospects to foster loyalty and continued engagement with IDC events.
  • Develop and maintain a well-organized and detailed contact database for IDC events.
  • Gather feedback from attendees to enhance the event experience.
  • Work closely with the marketing and events team to contribute ideas, develop strategies, and implement improvements based on attendee insights and feedback.
