Key Responsibilities:

  7. Agreement Execution: Monitor and support the execution of service agreements, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  8. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support following the execution of service agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation and agreements are in place.
  9. Market Performance Monitoring: Monitor market performance and identify best practices across the Affiliates portfolio to optimize business outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in joint venture or partnership environments.
  3. Certification: PMP certification is a plus.
  4. Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in setting up joint ventures, transaction development, and business management.
  5. Business Acumen: Previous work in or closely related to Affiliate business management and information technology areas.
  6. Partnership Development: Having developed partnership agreements and demonstrated ability to drive successful joint venture initiatives.
