Job Title: Treasury Back Office Manager

Join the IsDB Group team as a Treasury Back Office Manager, responsible for providing coordination work and technical support for executing all Treasury deals, confirmations, and maintaining banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement action plans, processes, budgets, and operational KPIs for the Treasury Back Office.
  • Prepare standing and ad-hoc reports of the Treasury Back Office.
  • Support in executing projects around system enhancement, such as automation of reports to improve turnaround time and quality.
  • Introduce improvement initiatives to contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the Treasury back-office function.
Technical Responsibilities:
  • Process and settle Treasury Deals - Money Market, FX, Fixed income, Derivatives, and Capital Markets Transactions.
  • Collect data for execution of Treasury deals.
  • Create and review relevant schedules and confirmation messages for Treasury deals.
  • Collect and review data for final release of operational and administrative payments.
  • Process various payments with correctness and completeness of documentation for effecting payments within time and no delay.
  • Review/verify sources and application of funds to ensure proper and efficient processing of settlements.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to manage disbursements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all payments related data being processed and disseminating only when required as per policies.
  • Monitor minimum balances and replenishment requirements of all ITFC accounts.
  • Handle different queries received by other departments on settlement matters.
  • Monitor daily Treasury payment processing ensuring adherence to policies and required timelines.
  • Respond to all enquiries on receipt of payments by beneficiaries in a timely manner and perform related follow-up activities.
  • Reconcile bank accounts on a daily basis to ensure no open items between the ledger and the bank statement.
  • Generate periodic reports on Treasury activities.
  • Update and maintain necessary documents regarding controls, procedures, and guidelines for handling treasury transactions.
  • Assist in the development of overall systems and procedures for treasury back-office.
Bank Account Management:
  • Collect data for preparing reports on the accounts and account holding banks.
  • Handle all banking relationships with corresponding banks.
  • Handle account opening requests received from other departments.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining secured bankable payment channels with other banks and Financial Institutions.
  • Follow up on new standards/regulations governing international payments and banking relationships.
  • Maintain a database of banking relationships with all related details.
  • Assist in selecting and opening of accounts for ITFC.
Networking & Partnership:

Participate in roadshows, conferences, workshops, seminars, and market positioning activities of ITFC to promote ITFC and expand the network of treasury partners.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Treasury-related Professional Certification is preferable (CTP, ACI-Operations).
Language Skills:
  • English is compulsory.
  • Arabic or French is preferable.
Years of Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience.
