At WSP Global Inc., we're seeking a seasoned Risk Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a key member of our infrastructure project delivery team, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure project success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework for infrastructure projects, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, analyzing internal and external factors, including technical, environmental, regulatory, financial, and geopolitical risks.
  • Quantify and prioritize risks using advanced tools and techniques, developing effective mitigation strategies and action plans.
  • Provide expert risk management guidance and support to project managers, engineers, and stakeholders, facilitating risk workshops and reviews.
  • Monitor and review project risks regularly, updating risk registers and communicating risk status and trends to senior management and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in risk management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
