Chief Security Officer / Loss Prevention Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Professional to join our team at Centro Olaya. As a Chief Security Officer / Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting our guests, employees, and hotel assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coordinate the activities of our security personnel to ensure the safety and security of our hotel.
  2. Conduct regular security audits to identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
  3. Investigate and document all incidents, accidents, and crimes involving the hotel, its employees, and guests.
  4. Develop and implement annual security goals and objectives.
  5. Collaborate with department heads to ensure hotel employees adhere to established security procedures.
  6. Work closely with external law enforcement agencies to investigate and resolve crimes, accidents, and other incidents.
  7. Ensure all security protocols are followed and maintained in accordance with hotel standards and legal requirements.

Requirements:

You should be a graduate with a certification in security and have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel security setting. Additional certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and BHV are a plus. Fluency in English is essential, and you must be able to follow safety and security procedures without compromise.
