Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of road and infrastructure projects essential to the development of Qiddiya's initiatives.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams, managing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance project delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
  • 9-12 years of experience in project management, leading complex projects from initiation to closure, within Contracting/Construction environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
