About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Structure Engineer to join our team at JASARA Program Management Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design and a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the structural design discipline, overseeing the implementation of value engineering processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • They will also be expected to provide technical assurance for all internal and outsourced design deliverables.
  • A key aspect of the role will be to foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members, ensuring that best practices are implemented across all projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. To lead the development of design strategies and solutions that meet project requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  2. To oversee the design and implementation of structural systems for major infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  3. To manage relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and contractors.
  4. To identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing structural design projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
