About the Role:

The Cooperative Training Program at Bechtel Corporation is an exciting opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in contract functions/verticals. As a collaborative trainee, you will work under the supervision of vertical leaders and team leads to learn various systems and procedures used by these verticals.

During this two-month program, you will be provided with training and expected to assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports/activities, including developing and utilizing databases, and various other reports. You will also have the opportunity to shadow experienced professionals in the field, assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects, participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills, conducting research and analysis as required, and contributing innovative ideas and solutions to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn various systems and procedures used by contract functions/verticals
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports/activities, including developing and utilizing databases, and various other reports
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills
  • Conduct research and analysis as required
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to ongoing projects

Requirements:

  • Students must be in the final stages of graduation
  • Bachelor's degree program in Law at an accredited college or university
  • Students should qualify to undergo the training as part of the university curriculum
  • Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 out of 4 or 4 out of 5 with excellent skills in oral and written communication
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
