Areeb is looking for a highly skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless service coordination, and delivering exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

  1. Identify and capitalize on upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to enhance account value.
  2. Provide actionable insights on client needs and potential service expansions.
  3. Stay up-to-date on market trends and client requirements to recommend strategic business improvements.
  4. Develop and execute plans to grow existing client relationships.
  5. Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals, invoices, and account updates.

Client Relationship & Account Management

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and relationship-building.
  2. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and represent Areeb in a highly professional manner.
  3. Proactively resolve client concerns, escalations, and service-related issues.
  4. Deliver timely and successful results that meet or exceed client expectations.
  5. Continuously monitor and improve client satisfaction levels.

Internal Collaboration & Service Coordination

  1. Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  2. Liaise between clients and internal teams to foster open and effective communication.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications, contract renewals, and service changes.
  4. Support the execution of projects according to contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs).

Reporting & Compliance

  1. Prepare and submit regular reports on account performance and service delivery.

  3. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, client agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Contribute to performance data analysis to support departmental goals.

Professionalism & Confidentiality

  1. Exercise confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Preferably 1 year of experience in account management or any relevant field.
  2. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  3. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
