In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in planning and coordinating complex projects. You will be responsible for leading the planning function for one of our largest precincts, including creating detailed project plans and schedules. You will also coordinate with project managers and teams to align objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive planning frameworks to ensure project success.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project efficiency and mitigate risks.
  3. Monitor project progress and financial performance, making adjustments as needed.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  5. Utilize advanced project management tools to track project performance and produce detailed reports.
  6. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  7. Mentor and develop the planning team, promoting best practices in project management and scheduling.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in planning and project management, preferably within large-scale development or construction projects.
  • Proven expertise in project scheduling methodologies and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex project data and make informed recommendations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaborative work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project conditions in a fast-paced environment.
