Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Leadership and Strategic Planning: Develop and implement planning frameworks and methodologies for development projects
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with project teams to define project objectives, scopes, and timelines, and facilitate transparent communication among stakeholders
  • Feasibility Studies and Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform decision-making processes
  • Strategic Alignment and Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure development initiatives align with Qiddiya's long-term objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Project Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership
  • Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability practices in all planning activities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development, or a related field
  • A minimum of 16-19 years of relevant experience in development management, with a focus on strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and development processes
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex development projects from inception to completion
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
  • Experience in the entertainment, leisure, or large-scale development sectors is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
