Business Development Manager

At Insights, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our Deal Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and executing transactions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development:
- Assist senior management in preparing technical and financial proposals for clients.
- Develop high-quality engagement letters that meet client needs.
- Enhance Insights' business development and marketing materials, including teasers, flyers, blogs, and articles.
- Execution to Achieve Set Targets:
- Collaborate with deal teams to source and analyze potential acquisition targets.
- Participate in transaction advisory engagements, including financial due diligence, candidate sourcing, and corporate development support.
- Leverage market research and analysis to help clients understand transaction-specific risks and opportunities.
- Analyze operational, business, and financial trends of target companies.
- Conduct industry- and company-specific business due diligence, including competitor and industry benchmarking.
- Perform in-depth financial modeling to inform client projections around revenue and profit outlook, pipeline sizing, and industry dynamics.
- Identify key deal issues impacting purchase price or deal structure for senior management.
- Lead content creation across various deliverables, working closely with Managers and Directors on Information Memorandums, Financial Models, project risk matrixes, term sheets, feasibility and concept reports, and senior management presentations.
- Contribute to structuring transactions (debt or equity) and providing transaction advisory and debt advisory services, investor pitch, IPO Advisory, and transaction structuring and financial advisory services for Real Estate/Construction & PPP projects.
- Buy-side: sourcing financing from other FIs; Sell-side: providing structured and project finance solutions to clients.
- Maintain outstanding work quality consistently while transitioning from project delivery to client development mentality, focusing on developing trusted and long-lasting relationships.
- Reporting:
- Support report preparation, proposals, and executive presentations.
- Presentation to Clients:
- Deliver final presentation on deliverables to clients when required.
- Team Management:
- Manage and mentor interns to achieve set targets and goals.
- Ensure positive interaction with other teams in the organization through leadership and management of the project team.
- Responsible for motivating and advising junior staff to improve their performance.
